Only reports written since 1990 are listed here. There were many reports prior to this, for example in the context of the EU-DELTA Pre-Pilot project, and the EU-PRECISE Consortium, the EU_DELTA Exploratory Action, and the Council of the European Communities (1988-1992). There were also numerous reports to UNESCO and the WORLD BANK as a fulfilment of missions for those organisations, and reports as a member of advisory boards to the Minister of Education and other management groups in The Netherlands.
